Came across this site the other day and was wondering this? I mean really what can they possibly do? I dont see how they can really affect your credit? They cant take you to court being that its illegal. So what can they really do besides have a lawyer hound you being thats about as far as he can go...:think2:

It sounds as if you have all intentions of trying them out & not paying if & when you end up losing.

Maybe that's not what you mean, but it does sound EXACTLY like thats what you have planned & why you are asking...........

Are they paying out again? I read on one of the forums a few weeks ago they were in slow/no pay mode.

one of their problems i see is, if you lose less than $400 to you never reach a pay up point, it just carries over, unless im missing something. If thats the case, im sure alot of people bet to be down to that amount and stop

as long as you remain active. if you lose 400 and don't make a bet for 30 days, them you owe them a post up. they also require you to send in your photo id prior to placing a wager. your max bet is also a 100 bucks, i had a moment where i thought maybe i'd wait to find a good one and bet the whole wad on one game. can't do that. i'd be careful playing there. it would be too easy running through the $1,000, and they don't have a problem posting your personal info for all to see.

what do you mean? this is my point tho the risk they are running is far to high. christ im going to sound like a stiff here but whatever. whys it ok for them to post stiffs for not paying up if they are not paying their winners? i understand MAYBE they arent paying their winners cause of stiffs not paying( highly doubt it) but fuck thats the risk they are taking.

well the stiffs are the people stopping u from getting paid, not the book itself. so your fellow bettors are the one to blame.

as for the $400, you could get down $300 or so and then just make $5 bets once or twice a month and stay under the payout amount. just see alot of flaws in their system

no. youd have to make 25 5$ bets in the month not once or twice...
